Our house was originally part of the Fun n Sun cottages on the beach, established in the early 1950’s! It was later moved to its current location in 1998. Our newly renovated beach house is the perfect place for your group getaway!

The Space
This property features dedicated beach access for guests just 2 blocks from the house, which is easily walkable. Easy walking to dozens of local eateries, bars, and cafe's including the famous Hangout!
We are 1 block to the Island Market Convenience Store.
Gulf Shores State Park and its incredible boardwalks and trails for hiking/biking are within 1 mile.
Shopping, amusement parks, and World Class Golf are all a quick trip from the Southern Sun House.
This is a two story home. The first floor features a fully stocked open concept kitchen, a TV room with a sofa, and the Master Suite featuring a King Bed and full bath. The first floor also has a laundry
room.
The second floor includes 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One bedroom has a king bed bed, one bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom features 2 bunk beds (4 single beds) and a trundle bed. There is also an upstairs living room/lounge which has a pull-out sleeper sofa! We also provide an air mattress for additional sleeping arrangement options.
The outside area features an under-the-house patio with lounge seating and hammocks on the ground level, as well as a full deck facing towards the beach right off the first floor!
